Biography
He is a Ph.D. student at the School of Environmental Sciences, University of Guelph, Canada. He has a Master’s degree in Animal Production and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. He has nearly 14 years of international experience in honey bee management and research. He hosted different employment positions over the last 10 years, these include Teaching Assistant, Research Assistant, and Beekeeper technician for a commercial beekeeping company and built his knowledge in research, data and statistical analyses, apiculture, honey bee biology, honey bee behaviors, and honey bee health.He has experience in molecular lab techniques such as qRT-PCR, primer design, NMR analysis, microscopy, diagnosis of honey bee diseases, and assessment of bee behaviors. He is good at working in teams and thus collaborated with different research groups at five institutions. I orient my efforts to work as a team to achieve common goals, conserve the environment, train leaders capable of facing the challenges of today, for mutual benefit and society, as well as to expand my knowledge and skills. My main positive attitudes are adaptability, initiative, independence, responsibility, resilience, and honesty.
