Biography

Dr. Velicheti Sai Chandini Srinivas has done her BDS from Oxford dental college, Bengaluru, and MDS Periodontology from Maratha Mandal dental college, Belagavi. Currently working as a senior lecturer at MMNGHIDS and RC, Belagavi, is a passionate Periodontal surgeon cum teacher with excellent experience and mastery in the field of Periodontology with a continuous vision to enhance her knowledge. Her achievements include first prize in a photography competition conducted by Krishna institute of medical sciences, Karad held on oral hygiene day. (National level), presented a paper at an international conference and contributed to periodontology-related textbooks. She has delivered dental awareness lectures at various defense stations and guest lectures in rapid revision courses for undergraduate students, and also conducted free camps for women at various defense stations. She has few publications, attended Indian Society of Periodontology events including all conferences, conventions, and rapid reviews, and attended over 50 plus online webinars and continuing dental education programs.

Her special interests include Dental photography and conducting rural dental camps. Her goals and future outlook are to pursue a Ph.D. in the field of periodontal medicine/pathogenesis, to become an eminent speaker and a good teacher at various national & international platforms pertaining to the topics of clinical periodontology & implantology, lend a helping hand to as many students as possible and to establish a decent and ethical periodontal practice to the level of patient satisfaction.
