Biography:
Chika Ada Okegbe is a food scientist and product design enthusiast who is passionate about creating safe and innovative food products. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Food Science from the Department of Food Science and Technology, from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Chika has gained extensive knowledge and experience in food safety, quality assurance, and production.
Driven by a desire to ensure the consumption safety of food, Chika started a food safety blog on Instagram (chikky_foodsafe), where she shares valuable insights, tips, and information on how to maintain safe and healthy food practices. Her passion for food safety and commitment to educating others has earned her a loyal following and recognition in the online food community.
Beyond her expertise in food science, Chika is also dedicated to learning and developing.
