Biography

Professor Dr. Arup Ratan Choudhury BDS, Ph.D., FDSRCS (England) is a recipient of the National Award – EKUSHE PODOK and Professor of Dentistry, at Ibrahim Medical College and Honorary Senior Consultant at the Department of Dentistry BIRDEM General Hospital, Dhaka -1000, Bangladesh.

 He is the Founder President at MANAS (Association for the Prevention of Drug Abuse), and Member-National Drug Control Advisory Board & National Tobacco Control Task Force Bangladesh. He is a Member of the National Board of Drug Control, Ministry of Home Affairs, and the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh since 2008. Since 2001, he is working as a Professor, Head & Senior Consultant, BIRDEM Hospital and Ibrahim Medical College, and National Medical College.
