REGISTRATION

Participants who are interested to attend Conferences of LUMIMINDS CONVENTIONS can confirm their slots in their respective categories by registering to the conference.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

Registration Confirmation/Payment Receipt

  • After the successful completion of the registration, you will receive an acknowledgment E-mail from the Conference Secretary
  • Payment receipt will be sent within in 24 hours after the payment is done/confirmation received from the Bank

Official Invitation Letter

Conference Manager will send you an Official Invitation Letter, after the successful completion of the registration.

Official Invitation Letter can be used for applying VISA and for applying funds from their respective Universities or Institutions.

Registration Transfer

Due to unavoidable reasons or sudden changes in the schedule, the Registrant can transfer the Registration to any of their co-authors/ colleagues by taking prior approval from the respective conference manager by writing an email that includes the substituent name, affiliation, Participation category.

Confirmation will be sent by modifying the payment receipt with necessary changes.

The substitute participant has to carry this payment receipt to the conference.

Conference Cancellation/ Program Amendments

Conference amendments like Cancellation of the Conference/Change of Conference Venue may happen due to natural calamities or unpredictable sudden terrorist activities which are beyond organizers control. At these severe circumstances, request all the Registrants to cooperate with the Organizers. Refund/Cancellation Policy is not applicable at these situations. The organizers will provide an opportunity for the Registrants to transfer their registration fee and accommodation charges to any of our upcoming related conferences.

Any changes in the conference schedule will be notified immediately to all the Registrants via by e mail/ will be displayed in the respective conference websites.

Note: Participants registered under Delegate and Accompanying Person category are not allowed to present their Papers in Oral or Poster sessions.

For Virtual Participants:

This category allows all the registered participants to present/join the conference virtually either from home or work without attending In person

Note: Strictly follow the Check-In and Check out time as per the local Hotel Guidelines.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

  • All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via e-mail to the finance secretary: financesecretary@lumiminds.org
  • The refund policy will be strictly based on the below criteria and no further discussions will be accepted. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
  • Before 90 days of the conference date, the Registrant is eligible for 100% refund with deduction of 100$ towards processing/service charges.
  • All the cancellation requests placed within 90 days of the conference date will not be refunded, but provision to transfer the amount to next upcoming conference.
  • All the requested refunds under Refund policy only, will be made after the completion of the conference.
  • Expected time will be 7 days of the completion of the conference
