His Ph.D. thesis was on the history of wine as a medicine for the past 5,000 years, including Australia’s many famous wine doctors such as Penfold and Lindeman. His MD thesis was on the role of infectious diseases on the end of the Bronze Age in the Near East c.1200 BCE.
Dr. Norrie has also invented the world’s first full-strength Resveratrol Enhanced Wine [REW] with the anti-oxidant resveratrol content of 100 mg/l; making it the world’s healthiest beverage. Wine is very good at preventing and treating infectious diseases.
