Troubleshooting Complete Denture Retention - back to basics
The rehabilitation of completely edentulous patients is still facilitated worldwide by regular complete denture therapy. In spite of this modality being an age-old practice, there still remain uncertainties and anxieties related to being able to deliver a set of dentures that are truly retentive, functional, and yet esthetic enough. This lecture revisits some of the essential points of relevance to the practitioner in being able to provide a satisfactory complete denture rehabilitation service.
