To maintain transparency and fairness, we have outlined a clear cancellation policy applicable to all our conferences, symposia, and associated events. This policy is designed to support effective planning for both participants and organizers.

In lieu of cancellations, we offer registration transfer options or credit toward future events, ensuring that your investment in learning and networking is never lost.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation by Participants
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to the official event contact address.
- Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the event will receive a 75% refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations made 30 to 59 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event are non-refundable. However, participants may opt to transfer their registration to a future LUMIMINDS CONVENTIONS conference.
- Substitutions of participants are allowed at any time without additional charges, provided the request is communicated in advance.
Cancellation by LUMIMINDS CONVENTIONS
- LUMIMINDS CONVENTIONS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event due to insufficient registrations, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.
- In such cases, registered participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
- LUMIMINDS CONVENTIONS is not responsible for any expenses incurred by participants (travel, accommodation, etc.) due to event cancellation.
Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, travel restrictions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond the control of LUMIMINDS CONVENTIONS.
Amendments to Policy
LUMIMINDS CONVENTIONS reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes through official communication channels.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the respective conference.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 15 business days after the event.
- Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
